I bring together more than two decades of experience in executive administration, technology, ministry leadership, branding, communications, and event coordination. My approach is simple: understand the vision, organize the details, and create practical solutions that help people and organizations move forward with confidence.
Jeanne D. Smith, Biography
Jeanne has been married to David E. Smith for 34 years and was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She has 3 children and is currently living in Charlotte, NC. Jeanne has been working in the IT industry for over 30 years with over 10 years of IT/Networking/Desktop Support. She is a dedicated Customer Service Professional with over 20 years of experience in Presentations, Communications and Training with a goal of building quality relationships. She is exceptional in identifying, researching and facilitating training activities, coaching, teamwork and problems solving abilities.
Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Pastor & Technology Director, Media Ministry Director, Orientation Instructor and Streaming Producer. Jeanne has a passion for the arts and has served as a Performing Arts Director producing several plays and dance performances. She has also served as a Computer Training Class Instructor and Production crew member operating cameras and teleprompters. Jeanne is recently an empty-nester, where her 3 children have moved to a different state.
Jeanne is currently working for the Sisters of Mercy as a Business Analyst. In her past roles, she has been a SharePoint Support Engineer for Microsoft, Reservations Sales Specialist, Administrative Assistant for Law Firms and a Teacher for Pre-K. Jeanne has worked in local and state government as a Local Area Network Coordinator. She has also operated several businesses including a Home Turn-Key Cleaning Service and After-school Child Care Provider. Her current goals are to work primarily for the Kingdom of God, travel the world and fix up investment property along the way.
